I am Nicole Reher (pronounced rare) —
a midwest creative who is passionate about unique signage, event design, and decorating. My interest in sign-making goes back to my middle school days, where I first helped my father around his sign shop in the small town of Nebraska City, Nebraska. I continued this learned passion during my college years — working as a graphic designer for a family-owned sign company in Omaha, Nebraska. Eventually I took the leap to full-time freelance in 2022, and Nicole Reher Creative was born.
To this day, you could say my style has reflected my nostalgia and inspiration of the past. One of my favorite places to find design inspiration is by exploring antique stores in small, midwestern towns. My home is filled with different finds like books, furniture, and various knick-knacks of years past to keep me inspired. When I’m not designing, I love exploring backroads and small towns with a camera in hand. I enjoy the occasional glass of whiskey, gardening, and taking care of my five backyard chickens.
THE DESIGN PROCESS
Fill out the form on my website to let me know what all you are interested in. I will get back to you within 1-2 business days so we can chat about what you are looking for.
I will send you a proposal for all of your items and an agreement for 50% of your total as a deposit to secure your spot in my calendar once it is paid.
I will send a design proof for each of your items that you may revise as needed. You are welcome to provide me with any inspiration or wedding details to guide me through the process as well.
Once I receive approval for your designs, I will begin print production for each item. Depending on the items ordered, printing times will vary.
I will send a final invoice for the remainder of your signage order. Once final payment is received, we will confirm final details for pickup or delivery, set-up, and breakdown.
